Journeys Inc. will be handling the travel arrangements for everyone attending the trip. You do need to book through Journeys Inc., into the group to be included in any group functions and be eligible for possible upgrades on transfers and group discounts (will be determined after all guests have booked).

It is very important to get your rooms and air purchased as quickly as you can so that prices don't increase and availability doesn't disappear.

Date:  June 18-24, 2025, pricing is for European Plan (no meals included,) but you can add an all inclusive plan, just let us know.  Aruba has fantastic restaurants so we encourage you to explore local restaurants if you choose the European Plan.

Booking Deadline:  January 17, 2025.  The sooner you lock it in with a deposit before then, the better your pricing will be and you will have more room category options.  You just need to put a deposit down by the January 17 deadline.  The rest is due about 6 weeks prior to travel, and payment plans are available if desired.  No space is being held, so it is possible that rooms can sell out before this deadline.
