Journeys Inc. will be handling the travel arrangements for everyone attending the trip. You do need to book through Journeys Inc., into the group to be included in any group functions and be eligible for possible upgrades on transfers and group discounts (will be determined after all guests have booked).

It is very important to get your rooms and air purchased as quickly as you can after it is available. If you want Southwest, the schedule is not open yet for summer 2024, so keep checking back on the Southwest website under "schedules."  The package price you receive from me will include your all inclusive resort stay and round trip airport transfers only, no air.

Booking Deadline:  November 17, 2023.  The sooner you lock it in with a deposit before then, the better your pricing will be and you will have more room category options.  You just need to put a deposit down by the Nov 17 deadline.  The rest is due about 6 weeks prior to travel, and payment plans are available if desired.
